Karen Cooper

Karen is a seasoned and experienced fundraising, membership and marketing executive. Her vast proficiency has yielded impactful results for diverse non-profits. Karen specializes in launching marketing, communications and philanthropic programs to increase revenue for startups and established organizations. Her expertise also extends to capital campaigns, expanding major and planned giving efforts and growing endowments. Karen has received numerous accolades including the Outstanding Fundraising Professional Award from the Association of Fundraising Professionals (RI) and the Alumni Achievement Award from Salve Regina University. Karen’s unique approach combines best practices with new innovations. In her spare time Karen enjoys traveling, keeping abreast of philanthropic trends, and volunteering for organizations whose missions are important to her and her family. 




Linda Dykeman

Linda is an accomplished CPA with extensive experience in the private and public sectors including municipalities, school districts and non-profits. Her financial acumen has been widely recognized by successfully leading organizations through receivership and bankruptcy to fiscal stability and sustainability. She specializes in analyzing and aligning operating plans with long term strategic planning, clean audits, best accounting practices, balanced budgets, and effective relationships with vendors and policy makers. Linda’s attention to detail, good instincts and love for taking on challenging assignments have served her well. She enjoys spending time in Maine with her family, going for runs with her dog, playing the piano and reading. 




Gayle Corrigan

Gayle is an operations executive with a proven track record of leading organizational transformation. Her expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, finance, negotiations, human resources and IT has been the cornerstone to her turnaround accomplishments. Most notably Gayle is the change agent who led rigorous financial analysis, union negotiations, tactical and strategic planning for the city of Central Falls and the Central Coventry Fire District. In addition, Gayle has served in leadership advisory roles for the YMCA of Greater Providence, Rhode Island Historical Society, and Board of Trustees of the Adams Library. Gayle enjoys traveling, Nordic skiing and catching up on reading the classics that she skipped in high school and college.

Jeanelle Demers

Jeanelle is a skilled artist and graphic designer. She brings a creative touch and a keen eye for visual balance and detail to everything she produces. As a creative entrepreneur with a comprehensive background in fine art, design, marketing, and advertising, Jeanelle creates promotional materials that build brand recognition and engagement. She strongly believes that compelling visuals are a must for any organization, and she loves taking projects from vision to execution, tying art to strategy, communicating a message, and enhancing brand presence.
